Our Services

We provide individual and group counseling services for people to address a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, and many other disorders. We provide in depth diagnostic services through our licensed psychological examiner as well if needed.

We provide wellness services with Holistic Journeys and Red Lotus including yoga classes, massage therapy, infrared dry saunas with both chromotherapy, aromatherapy and ionized salt halotherapy as well as a variety of other wellness services.

Individual counseling to focus on diagnosis and treatment of mental health issues.

We are a locally operated and woman owned business in a unique environment, offering both mental health care and wellness services in a beautiful, comfortable, spa-like setting.
We at Auremelle provide the highest standard of counseling services for individuals, as well as support group services for people to share and help each other on their journey toward a better self. We take many common insurance provider payments such as Aetna, Ambetter, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Humana, QualChoice, United Healthcare, Medicare, Medicaid, and many others.

On the wellness side, Holistic Journeys offers a variety of massage therapy and spa services including two different infrared dry saunas, sound therapy, light therapy, aromatherapy, and salt halotherapy, as well as a reclining massage chair that can be used without removing clothing and still give an effective and enjoyable massage experience. Red Lotus Yoga offers classes which serve people of all levels of fitness and flexibility from beginners to experts. They have packages available for everything from drop in one-time services to unlimited access passes.

Our Clinicians

Rebecca Langley, LPC
Rebecca Langley is a graduate of Hendrix College where she earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and also from HSU, where she earned her Master’s degree in Counseling. She was most recently a teaching faculty member of the psychology department at HSU for over 14 years where she taught hundreds of students Abnormal Psychology and other core psychology classes while also counseling for a large online counseling service. She is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and the owner of the practice.

Christine Dickson, LPC
Christine Dickson has a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and an Master’s degree in Counseling from HSU and is dual-licensed as both a professional counselor (LPC) and a massage therapist (LMT). She has extensive experience in many counseling settings, including residential and outpatient, and was the owner of her own spa in Hot Springs prior to her embarking on her counseling career.

Brandy McDaniel, LPC-S
Brandy McDaniel has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Counseling from Henderson State University. She has been practicing for 25 years and is licensed as a professional counselor as well as additional licensure credentialing to supervise trainee clinicians (LPC-S). She has experience with populations ages 4 and up and well-versed in diagnosis and treatment of virtually all mental health conditions.

Kayla Burnett, LAC
Kayla Burnett is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) and graduate of Walden University with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has over 10 years of experience working in both administrative and clinical areas including working with adolescent and adult clients in school-based, community support, and outpatient counseling practices. Support provided to clients include skill building, supporting changes, life transitions, relationship dynamics, sitting with feelings, supporting goals, and working with people who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, and/or mood instability.

Melissa McCready, LPEI
Melissa McCready earned a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology and and Master's degree as a psychological examiner from UCA. She has over 20 years experience in counseling working in diverse environments includings clinical settings, school-based counseling, and independent contracting with a variety of entities. She is trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and specializes in treating people with trauma as well as myriad other mental health diagnoses. She works with all age groups and can provide testing and assessments for ADHD, Autism, Behavioral issues, DDS waivers, and IQ testing.
Our Dogs: Fiona and Pappy
Fiona has been with us since she was a puppy—she and Auremelle have grown together!
Fiona is all grown up and has become a lovely and beautifully behaved adult service dog. She serves as the protector and support animal for staff and clients.
Pappy is a rescue from a backyard breeder with a special gift for picking up on feelings of people with anxiety and sadness.
Pappy is also here to add to the overall cuteness of the office in addition to his great emotional intelligence!
Our emotional support service dogs, Fiona and Pappy, are here to offer comfort and support to our clients who want them to be a part of their sessions.
Auremelle Counseling and Wellness can also provide statements in support of those who require certification for housing or other circumstances in which service animals may be required.
